1. Order Processing

Orders placed on our site are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations & Charges

  • We ship within India (Pan-India).

3. Delivery Timelines

4. International Shipping

Currently we do not ship internationally.

5. Damaged/Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
  • Report to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or wrong item.
  • Keep the original packaging and documentation.
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Returns & Re-delivery

If you refuse delivery or the shipment is returned due to wrong address or you’re unavailable, re-delivery will be at your expense. Any shipping charges paid originally are non-refundable.
