Refund and Returns Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order any time before the product is dispatched. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you must then follow the Returns process below.

2. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns of our ayurvedic wellness products only if:
  • The item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging.

  • Return request is made within 7 days from delivery.

  • You contact us at contact@maatrinaturals.com or call us at +91 8678 82 8678 with your order number and reason for return.

Items not eligible for return: opened/used products, items damaged due to misuse, and items beyond the return-window.

3. Refunds

Once a return is approved:
  • We will refund the purchase amount back to your original payment method via Razorpay.
  • The refund will typically reflect within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank/issuer.
  • Shipping or handling charges paid by you are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

4. Pricing and Payment

In some cases — such as items partially used or missing accessories — we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

5. Refund Fees & Payment Gateway

We use Razorpay for payments and refunds. Please note: any transaction/processing fees charged by Razorpay at the time of payment capture will not be reversed to your account.
